Why Invictus

Most gyms program your hour. We program your week.

01

Every Day Has a Job

Monday's lift sets up Tuesday's run. Wednesday resets your body. Friday you race. Nothing is random, and nothing is repeated by accident.

02

Built by a Physical Therapist

Every class opens with PT-designed prep and closes with recovery. Train hard, stay durable, stay in the game.

03

Coached, Not Crowded

16 athletes per class, never more. Your coach knows your name, your numbers and your history.

04

Train Toward a Goal

Set your goals at intake. Check your progress every 8 weeks. Your lifts go up, your 1 km time comes down, and you can see it.

The Classes

Know exactly what you're walking into.

5:15 AM · Mon to Fri

Strength

A real lifting program, not random workouts. Six-week blocks, every muscle trained twice a week, and your weights in the app the night before.

6:30 AM · Mon to Fri

Athlete

HYROX-first conditioning with a clear job each day. Build your engine, sharpen your run, move better, then race.

6:30 AM Athlete · The week
Monday · Thursday

HYROX

The stations and the engine behind them. Strength-endurance work, then conditioning that makes the race feel shorter.

  • Sled push and pull, wall balls, sandbag lunges, carries
  • SkiErg, row and bike intervals
  • Station technique so you waste nothing on race day
Tuesday

Run

Get faster at the distance that decides HYROX. Every block builds toward a 1 km retest.

  • Running mechanics and pacing drills
  • 400m, 800m and 1 km repeats on our outdoor loop
  • Compromised running: stations, then straight into a 1 km
Wednesday

Prime & Move

The mid-week reset that keeps you training. Lower intensity, higher quality, and the athletic work most gyms skip.

  • Rotational power and med ball work
  • Agility, footwork and change of direction
  • Mobility and PT-led movement quality
Friday

Race

Put the week together. Timed, competitive and the best way to finish a week.

  • HYROX-style simulations
  • Partner and team formats
  • Every 4th week: team competition and retests

How it works

Not a class. A path.

01

Intake

Your story, your goals, your training and injury history.

02

Movement Screen

A physical therapist looks at how you move before you load it.

03

Goal Plan

One to three goals, each with a number and a date.

04

Progress Check

Every 8 weeks. Your lifts, your 1 km time, your goals.

Questions

Before you ask.

Do I need to be in shape to start?

No. Every class is coached and scaled. We meet you where you are and build from there.

Strength or Athlete: which should I take?

Strength builds the engine. Athlete uses it. Most members do both across the week, and Unlimited members can double up on the same morning.

I never played a sport. Is this for me?

Yes. An athlete is anyone who trains with intent and shows up. If that's you, you belong here.

Do I need HYROX experience?

No. We teach every station and every pace. Racers and first-timers train side by side.

I have an old injury. Can I still train?

That's exactly why our programming is built by a physical therapist. We screen how you move in week one and program around it.

How does the Founding offer work?

Claim your spot, train free during launch week, and your $179/mo Unlimited membership starts October 12. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Memberships are month-to-month. If a Founding membership is cancelled, the Founding rate is not available again.

Where are you located?
